3. Cookies

The Site uses no cookies or analytics. If you switch language, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. That choice is sent to us only if you submit the contact form, so we can read the enquiry in the language you were using.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Enquiry messages are delivered by Resend, Inc. (United States) to hello@petrichor.ai. GoDaddy.com, LLC (United States) hosts this website and that mailbox. Privacy requests go to privacy@petrichor.ai and are not sent to the enquiry inbox. We may also disclose information where the law requires.

We protect enquiry messages in transit with HTTPS, limit who can open the hello@petrichor.ai mailbox, and check the form again on the server before an email is sent.

5. International transfers

Our team works in the UK, South Korea and India, and Resend and GoDaddy are in the United States, so your data may be handled outside the UK. When it is, we use UK-approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement. The same recipients, items and retention periods are set out in Article 5 (제5조) of the Korean version.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, get a copy to take elsewhere, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email privacy@petrichor.ai and we will reply within one month (within 10 days for requests under Korean law).

7. Complaints

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Visitors in Korea can contact the bodies listed in section 9 (제9조) of the Korean version.

8. Changes and language

We will post any changes on this page with a new date. This policy is also available in Korean. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails unless Korean law requires otherwise.
